In the event your purchase did not meet your expectations, customers may return eligible products for a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling and any applicable restocking fees, as set forth in detail below.
7-Day Return Period for All Products and Accessories: Unless you have a separate agreement with Camilla Blue, or except as provided below, all products and accessories in original condition with attached product tag, packaging accompanied with your original receipt, may be returned within 7 days from the date of receipt for a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling and any applicable restocking fees. Worn or damaged merchandise due to accident or misuse will not be accepted. Custom orders are not eligible for return or refund.
Any product returned to Camilla Blue without prior authorization from Camilla Blue will be considered an unauthorized return, and the customer will not receive credit for the product and Camilla Blue will not ship the product back to you.
Restocking Fees: Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of a
Camilla Blue error, Camilla Blue may charge a restocking fee of up to 15% of the purchase price paid, plus any applicable sales tax.
How to Return a Product: Before returning a product, you must first contact Camilla Blue at email@example.com and obtain a Credit Return Authorization (CRA) number before the end of the applicable return period. Camilla Blue will not accept returns without a CRA number. NOTE: You must ship the product within 5 days of the date that Camilla Blue issues the Credit Return Authorization number as follows:

Ship the return product at your expense, and we recommend you insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment. Camilla Blue is not responsible for damage or loss during return transit.
Upon receipt of your return, Camilla Blue will issue a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling and any applicable restocking fees subject to this policy.
